Delivery Policy 

Consumer Litigation Service  Guaranteed Service

Consumer Litigation Service works with a network of attorneys and/or brokers who will work on the client's case. If Consumer Litigation Service is not able to connect the client with a Legal Team within 18 months of execution of this Agreement, Client may submit an email request for a full refund. 

Proof of Connection

As proof of Connection, Consumer Litigation Service shall provide the Client with a welcome package from the Legal team in charge by delivering one of the following to the Client: 

  • Welcome package from the Legal Team

  • Call from the Case Manager who will be helping them throughout the process

  • Legal Documentation that the case has been started
